Sea Shells : Shells is a hard, protective outer layer usually created by an animal that lives in the sea . The shell is part of the body of the animal. Empty seashells are often found washed up on beaches.
Ingredients:- Beef/chicken/mutton 1 kg small thin cubes Garlic paste 1 table spoon Ginger paste 1 table spoon Raw papaya with skin 1 cup finely sliced/(200g) Ghee 1/2 cup /(75g) for basting Tikka seekh kabab masala 1 packet METHOD:- Mix tikka seekh kabab masala in half a cup of water. Add garlic,ginger,raw papaya and apply to meat. Leave it to marinate for 3-4 hours. Then remove the raw papaya slice. Sew the meat into the thin round/flat skewer. Place on very low heat of coal/gas fire. Grill untill very lightly brown. Brush the meat with ghee and rotate the skewer to grill evenly on all sides until tender. NOTE:- Serve 6-8 persons.
