Ingredients: Boneless Chicken (cubes) 500 g Gram Flour (Besan) 2 tbsp Rice Flour 2 tbsp Corn Flour 2 tbsp Plain Flour 2 tbsp Chopped Red Chilli 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Seeds 1 tsp Roasted Chopped White Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Egg 1 Finely Chopped Onion Half Cup for half kg Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies 2 or 3 Method: 1. Put gram flour, rice flour, corn flour and plain flour in a bowl. 2. Then add chopped red chilly & chopped coriander seeds. 3. Add white cumin seeds and salt in the above mixture. 4. Add turmeric and then add egg. 5. Mix all the ingredients. 6. Add the finely chopped onion, green chili and coriander leaves. 7. Mix well. 8. Now add the chicken pieces in the mixture. 9. Deep fry every piece in low flame. 10. Tip: If the mixture is not coating the chicken pieces , add 1 - 2 tablespoon water.

Ingredients : Pottato(Aalo) Piyaz Shimla Mirch Hari piyaaz Band Gobi (Cabbage) Hari Mich Hara Dhanya Salt ChatMasala Lal Mich (Powder) Kuti lal Mirch Garam Masala Lemon Juice Chadder Cheez n Chicken(Opitnal) Method: Sub sey pehly aalon ko boil ker lain us k baad jub thanda ho jaye to aalo ko achi terha mash ker lain, jub aalo mash ho jaye to us main Piyaz, Shimla Mirch, Hari piyaaz, Band Gobi (Cabbage), Hari Mich, Hara Dhanya, Salt, ChatMasala, Lal Mich (Powder), Kuti lal Mirch, Garam Masala,LemonJuice, Cheez n Chicken k pices ko crush ker k aalo main daal ker acchi terha mix kerin.. jub tamam chezein acchi terha mix ho jayen to uski Medium size ki balls bana lain.... Balls ko Pehly Andy(Egg) main dip karen us k baad Bread Crums laga ker fry ker lain.. Mzay daar Pottato balls taiyar hain.. Tamam Sabziyon(Vegetables) ko choty Cube ki shakal main katna hai.
