Ingredients:- Beef/chicken/mutton 1 kg small thin cubes Garlic paste 1 table spoon Ginger paste 1 table spoon Raw papaya with skin 1 cup finely sliced/(200g) Ghee 1/2 cup /(75g) for basting Tikka seekh kabab masala 1 packet METHOD:- Mix tikka seekh kabab masala in half a cup of water. Add garlic,ginger,raw papaya and apply to meat. Leave it to marinate for 3-4 hours. Then remove the raw papaya slice. Sew the meat into the thin round/flat skewer. Place on very low heat of coal/gas fire. Grill untill very lightly brown. Brush the meat with ghee and rotate the skewer to grill evenly on all sides until tender. NOTE:- Serve 6-8 persons.

Khubani(Apricots) ka Meetha

INGREDIENTS: Fresh or dried Apriots(Khubani)1/2 kg. Water 1 Litre. Sugar 1/4Kg. 20 Almonds(Badaam) {Chopped}. Cream 1/2 Cup. Custard {Vanila} 3 Tb Spoon. Milk {For custard} 1/2 Litre. Method: Cut Apriots & take our seeds. Cook gently until pulpy.Mix Sugar in water and heat to make water 2/3 rd of the original quantity. Put water/Sugar mixture and Apricots in a blender and mix. Take out in a dish and pour whipped cream over before serving. If willing to serve with custard, arrange Khubani Ka Meetha, then pour cream and serve. Note: (Users Ager Aap logh ye Recipe Urdu may bhi chaty hain to plz Inform me.)

Gajar ka Halwa

Ingredients: Carrots (peeled & coarsely/ Cheel ker Kadukash ker lain) 1 Kg. Milk 2 Litres. Sugar to taste, Coroli corn oil 1/2 Cup. 20 Blanched Almonds{BADAM}.(cut into slices). 10 pistachio Nuts (cut into silvers). Khoya 1 Cup, 10 Green Raisins{KISHMISH}, 6 Green Cardamom {ELAICHI} (Crushed). Method: put grated carrots in a heavy-based large pan, simmer with milk, Pan uncovered for 2 hours. Keep stirring and scrapping the pan till nearly all the milk has evaporates. Add Coroli oil, pistachios, Almonds, Raisins and Caramom seed powder. Keep stirring till oil seprates from carrots. Fry Khoya in one spoon oil and mix with Halwa. Dress Halwa with pistachios & Almonds before serving.
