Khubani(Apricots) ka Meetha

INGREDIENTS: Fresh or dried Apriots(Khubani)1/2 kg. Water 1 Litre. Sugar 1/4Kg. 20 Almonds(Badaam) {Chopped}. Cream 1/2 Cup. Custard {Vanila} 3 Tb Spoon. Milk {For custard} 1/2 Litre. Method: Cut Apriots & take our seeds. Cook gently until pulpy.Mix Sugar in water and heat to make water 2/3 rd of the original quantity. Put water/Sugar mixture and Apricots in a blender and mix. Take out in a dish and pour whipped cream over before serving. If willing to serve with custard, arrange Khubani Ka Meetha, then pour cream and serve.
